Shipping policy

Processing time

We typically spend 1-5 business days processing your order. This process includes confirming the accuracy of your order, picking and packing.

Delivery time

Currently we will experience delays in shipping to certain countries or regions. The delivery time is 6-15 business days. Please have a little patience.


Shipping cost

Free shipping is available on orders over £40. If the order amount under £40, the shipping fee is £5.99. 


Tracking

After submitting the order, you can track the order on our tracking page or on the postal service's website at https://www.17track.net/en.


Shipping companies & areas

Carriers include but are not limited to DHL/YunExpress according to the items ordered and the shipping location. We can send to most areas where Deutsche Post supports delivery. If the area cannot be shipped, our customer service representative will cancel your order and notify you by mail.


Remark
After the order is delivered successfully but you don't receive it, unfortunately we are not responsible for that.


We can offer tracking. If the item got lost during shipping or didn't move, please contact your local post office directly or windyys customer service for help.

If the post office can check whether the package was "lost", please email us, we will solve it for you.

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to the wrong address, please contact us and provide the correct address. we will resend it to you.
