Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive an item that contains damaged or missing items, please email support@windyys.com describing the damage and attaching photos of the product packaging in which it arrived is when the box is bruised or dented.

We will respond within 48 hours (business days) and let you know if we will send a replacement and offer a refund.


Return
All order problems must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, you can return any item purchased through windyys within 30 days of delivery. However, items returned due to customer preference/change of mind may be returned in these cases, we do not accept return postage.
After 30 days of delivery, all items purchased through windyys are non-refundable and all sales are final. The return address will be provided to you after customer service has approved your return request.


Once returned, returns will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. Upon completion of your return processing, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or financial account institution.

Returned items will be fully refunded as long as the items are returned in the condition in which they were delivered. Depending on the condition the item was received in (e.g. damage to packaging, water damage, intentional damage, signs of wear, etc.). We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.

Exchange
Defective or mistakenly shipped items can be returned to us with shipment. We will always do our best to offer exchanges or replacements upon request. However, due to the high discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that inventory will be available. You can email us atsupport@windyys.com to submit your request!

Shipping Costs
We are unable to cover shipping costs for returning or exchanging your package. This means that you have to pay for the return shipping. It is your responsibility to send the return item back to us safely and securely. Also, the original shipping cost calculated will be deducted.

Refund
When the package has been returned to our office, it will be checked by our warehouse before approving the return. The product must have been shipped within 30 days of receipt of the order, must not have been used and must be in the original packaging. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days. You will be informed of the transaction by email. Once the refund has been issued, it may take up to 2-3 business days to take effect.
